Dial-A-Ride
Benton Franklin Transit has partnered with Adult Day Services, Goodwill, Columbia Industries and The Arc of Tri-Cities to provide transportation services through Dial-A-Ride (DAR). Dial-A-Ride services assigns a ride to transport.

Please note:
Applications can take weeks to process through BFT. Please turn them into us as soon as possible so we can start the process.
If you are doing Partners N Pals, you need to be Dial-A-Ride eligible to receive transportation to and from your house.
We have limited spots available for non-eligible and those NEED to be discussed with us ASAP.
