Parent to Parent has many resources available to help you navigate the world of autism and other disabilities. Please view our resources online that we have compiled for you.
If you still require assistance from Parent to Parent, by phone, in person meeting, or otherwise, please fill out this short form to help us help you. We will contact you within 48-72 business hours of filling out a form.
There is a local Resource Directory complete with local, state and federal services available. We also have sections of Resources based on frequently requested topics. Under “Resources” there are sections on Guardianship, SSI, Medicaid, DDA and much more! Also under “Resources” you will find “Autism Resources” with compiled resources lists for the following topics:
- It’s Autism, What’s Next?
- Autism Safety/Bullying/Police Interaction
- Sex Ed/Puberty/Adolescence
- Autism Resources for Every Day Help, including Challenging Behaviors, Potty Training and tons more!
- Transition to Adulthood
- Spanish Resources
Please also follow our Facebook page, Parent to Parent, The Arc of Tri-Cities for updates on upcoming workshops and community events. Sign up for our monthly e-alert, on our website for a monthly newsletter. Resource Help Meetings are at least quarterly, watch for those!
Our closed Facebook group, Better Together of The Arc of Tri-Cities is for local family members only with a child (of any age) with autism or other disabilities. It’s a great place to get connected and get support. We also have a closed group for Spanish speaking families, who can join either or both groups, Unidos Mejor.
Parent to Parent is here to help you find and navigate the resources and provide support, as parents of children with disabilities ourselves.
