The Arc of Tri-Cities Trips program is designed
to offer persons with developmental disabilities
an opportunity to participate in activities outside
of the Benton/Franklin community.
In meeting this commitment The Arc of Tri-cities
has visited a variety of places including:
Trips Include
Lodging, meals, gratuities, entertainment, and
equipment rentals. Around the clock supervision.
Chaperons provide supervision on an average
ratio of one Chaperons to four travelers. Our
Chaperons are fun, caring companions who
provide assistance with reminders for
medication, budgeting, spending money, and
limited physical assistance.

- Newport, Oregon
- Siverwood in Idaho
- Victoria, BC, Canada
- Seattle, Washington
- Portland , Oregon
- Disneyland, California
- Walla Walla Balloon Festival
Trips Include

Extra Support
The Arc of Tri-Cities “ Trip” program offers a
support ratio of 1 chaperon for every 4
travelers. The Arc Is not designed to offer
personal care assistance. Travelers requiring
personal care assistance such as showering
and toileting may bring their own support
person.
If you have any concerns regarding your
traveler's specific support needs, please give
us a call. The safety and well being of our
travelers is our first priority. We want to make
sure that everyone can have the best vacation
possible!
Can I bring my own care provider?
Yes. We have a lot of travelers who bring their
own care providers. It is the traveler's
responsibility to provide and pay for their care
provider to go on the vacation. Care providers
pay the same all-inclusive package price as the
traveler does.
Cancellation
All Cancellations and changes must be in
writing!
Cancellations made at least 90 days before
departure will receive a refund minus $50.00 or
10% of the cost of the trip and any per-
purchased portion of the vacation package.
Trips cancelled 30 days before departure will
receive a refund minus $100.00 or 15% and
any per-purchased portion of the vacation
package.
Lack of proper identification- No refund will be
issued in the traveler is refused boarding due t
lack of proper identification
